BBQ Wedding in the Redlands
Erica and Matt had Their BBQ wedding at a beautiful estate in the heart of the Redlands. The BBQ wedding menu featured our pecan roasted beef brisket and rotisserie smoked chicken. After the ceremony guests were treated to hand crafted hors d’ oeuvres like bacon wrapped quail legs, miniature crab cakes with a New Orleans Style Remoulade sauce and several other one bite morsels.
