Further to my call yesterday I wanted to make sure you have a record of how pleased I am with our selection of Smoke and Spice for our  event. As you can appreciate, the planning of a conference of this size is a daunting task. Successful execution is dependent upon the collective efforts of many. You and your entire crew arrived well in advance of the event to ensure you were ready. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable but the entire set-up was done with a smile. There was a lot going on and not everything was going right. However, when it came to your set-up, I didn’t have to worry about anything – I just observed how passionately you covered off every detail.

Now for the best part; the food and service was GREAT! Here are some of the comments I got, “I am a big fan of BBQ and this is as good as it gets”, and, “I thought the trophies were part of the race theme and then I found out they were from BBQ competitions… they would get my vote; the ribs were crazy”, and, “I’ve been to all six Noble annual conferences and they’ve had BBQ at every one of them – they sure went all out this time”.

Ultimately it’s all about the food but for me there is another aspect that is equally important. That’s who I am dealing with. From the get-go it was a lot of fun planning this with you. I knew five minutes into our first conversation that this was going to be an enjoyable experience. And it was.

” I highly recommend Smoke and Spice for your next party, event or office lunch. They make the best ribs I’ve ever had. They are also perfect for any type of party because they come pre-cut, and although the BBQ sauce is excellent, they do not need them if you are afraid to get messy. The sides are also amazing. I had people coming up to me at my party, saying, “I don’t usually like baked-beans, but I love these”. For appetizers, nothing beats their jalepeno peppers stuffed with pulled pork and wrapped in bacon. They are amazing, and not too spicy. Lastly, the prices were great, the service was excellent and they were very easy to work with. I will use Smoke and Spice again and refer them to all of my friends, family and associates. ”
