Melissa and Raphael’s Wedding in the Keys It was such a honor to be a part of Melissa and Raphael’s day. This couple was such a pleasure to work with and after meeting their family one can see where they get there great personality from! Melissa and Raphael chose a beautiful vacation hideaway in Tavernier, The Coconut Palm Inn. Her aunt and cousin, took care of the event planning and flowers and what a fantastic job they did, showcasing the colors while also paying attention to all of the details made this wedding reception so sweet and special. Melissa and Raphael chose the perfect menu for their elegant Caribbean wedding which included our flame grilled Churrasco with a Vera Cruz sauce and Mahi Mahi with a citrus beurre blanc.

Erica and Matt’s Redland BBQ Wedding Their BBQ wedding was held at a beautiful South Miami-Dade estate in the heart of the Redlands. The ceremony site was under a beautiful banyan tree. After the ceremony guests enjoyed passed hors d oeuvres which included bacon wrapped quail legs, and hand-crafted miniature crab cakes with a New Orleans Style Remoulade sauce and several other one bite morsels. For dinner guests enjoyed our thick sliced Texas style beef brisket and wood roasted chicken. This was a fun and classy barbeque wedding that was enjoyed by all. |

Kirsten and Stevens wedding celebration in the Redlands Kirsten chose the fabulous Schnebly Redlands Winery, with its amazing landscaping, waterfalls and beautiful tiki hut for her catered wedding reception. The Smoke & Spice team prepared a beautiful Cuban style roasted pig, fire grilled chicken, Caribbean rice and beans, sweet island plantains, yucca with garlic sauce, fresh tossed Caesar salad and miniature French baguettes for the tropical wedding reception. |
